Bosch 19 Piece PointTeq HSS Drill Bit Set
The Bosch 19 Piece PointTeq HSS Drill Bit Set is a metal drill bit set designed for fast drilling in steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The PointTeQ tip is self-centring, so drilling starts are quick and easy without the bit wandering. The increased drilling rate generates less heat and wear, and the tip stays sharp for continuous durability.
This HSS twist drill bit set suits clearance and pilot holes in alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastics. The cylindrical shank is equal to the drill bit diameter, so the bits fit three-jaw chucks. They are intended for use in drill stands and drill drivers.
The highly elastic body gives a low risk of breakage, especially for bits below 6 mm in diameter. The black-oxide coated flute provides fast chip removal. The bits are manufactured to DIN 338, Type N, with a 135-degree tip. The set covers 19 sizes from 1 mm to 10 mm in half-millimetre steps and comes in a ProBox.
