Total waste of money. The cord is too short so 2 rooms in my house are uncleanable due to the cord length. Secondly the cord has nothing to wrap round while it is being stored, thirdly it will not stand up in it's own. The first one broke after 8 weeks and Black and Decker replaced it, the second after 3 minutes of use!!! On the positive, while it is cleaning it does a good job.
I bought this to replace my old B&D steam mop but I am disappointed about the changes in design. It is difficult to store the flex on the handle and the flex is far too short. Worse, the mop will not stand up by itself, it has to be lent on something. I think this is a H&S issue as it often falls down creating a trip hazard. This is compounded as the very short flex means that it has to be plugged in in a couple of different sockets to cover even a small room. so has to be left propped up.
