Really pleased with the steam mop and excellent value for money. I bought one for my son's new house as it was a Which best buy. He was so impressed with it that when my existing steam cleaner broke, I bought myself one. It is much easier to use than my previous triangular shaped one and much lighter. The only downside is the flex is quite short, definitely not as long as in the product information.

This is the third steam mop I have purchased and by far the cheapest representing very good value for money. So far I have only used it to clean floors with. The mop heated up very quickly within a few seconds. As well as turning it on you have to press the steam button . Neither of the buttons are very large and you have to look for them. The swivel head of the mop is great and allowed me to clean right up to the skirting boards where other cleaners do not reach however the lack of cable length makes it difficult to clean large surface areas, so if like me you have a large floor space to clean and not a lot of plugs this can be a problem. Next time I use it I will have to plan my route according to the plugs as I had to keep unplugging and plugging it in.Also the water tank is quite small so again this can stop you from cleaning a large area. This said, it did a good job of cleaning my floors which is great when you have dogs and muddy paw prints. I will help me keep the high traffic areas cleaner and being steam dries so much quicker than a mop and bucket.

Good product, performs well, wish there had been more pads included or at least a list of stockists. (admin comment: please see the accessories section at the right of the page to view the pads we stock for this product)
