Wow, I waited 6 weeks to receive this item and was genuinely looking forward to using it. I'd read reviews, some good, some bad! Well.......... I've had an equivalent flymo model for over 15 years and the difference is shattering. Where do I start? The promo gumph says medium to large lawns, if this is the case, why is the cable so short? The mower has height adjustment......... Why does it start at 20mm (although I feel its more) and up to 70mm? My lawn was ready for a cut but even on lowest setting, it cut nothing! I had to put a 10mm spacer between the blade and motor to get a cut. Unless you want a lawn like a meadow, this mower is useless. The blade is such poor quality, it looks like it's made from recycled drinks cans. The grass collection box is very flimsy and if over half full, it will not empty as the opening is much smaller than the box and cloggs up! Everything about this mower is very poor quality. Take my word........ Save a bit more money and buy an equivalent flymo, they are miles in quality and performance ahead of this unbelievably poor product.

A lifetime user of petrol mowers I was foolish to let myself follow the advice of a well meaning neighbour and go electric. It does everything the advertising blurb claimed so I can't complain. It was a good/very good price. Allowing for the intervening weekend and the corona pandemic delivery was good too. Will I grow to love it? Doubt it, at 83 not enough time left I suspect.
