Individually tested to IEC 60900 at 10,000 V, this socket is certified for safe working at voltages up to 1,000 V. Its 2-component insulation system provides a critical visual safety indicator — the outer red VDE insulation conceals a yellow core that becomes visible upon damage, alerting the user to replace the tool before risk of electric shock occurs.

A plastic sleeve protects sensitive surfaces from damage during use.
