The Wera 8790 HMB Deep 3/8" Drive Hexagon Socket in 13mm is an essential size for a vast range of mechanical and engineering tasks, and the deep format ensures it reaches fasteners that standard sockets cannot. At 64mm in length, it clears protruding threads and seats fully in recessed bolt positions.
Built to ISO 2725 part 3 standards, this socket is compatible with both manual ratchets and machine drives (non-impact). The hexagonal profile provides accurate fastener engagement and maximises torque transmission, whilst the knurled lower end helps with manual placement and removal — even when hands are wet or oily.
