This Trend TRADE Bearing Guided Profiler Router Cutter features a 19.1mm diameter cut, 50mm cutting length, and a 1/2" shank, making it the most capable option in the range. The extended 50mm cutting length and larger 1/2" shank are ideal for heavier-duty profiling and trimming operations, providing the power transmission and stability required for demanding applications.
The distinctive black PTFE coating reduces heat and resin accumulation during prolonged use, while the 2mm micrograin tungsten carbide tips ensure consistent performance even on highly abrasive materials. Etched dimensions on the extra long 40mm shank allow quick identification without needing to measure up.
