Trend Large Step Ovolo Rounding Over Bearing Guided Router Cutter
This variant of the Trend Large Step Ovolo Rounding Over Bearing Guided Router Cutter features a 48mm cutting diameter, 22mm cut length, and 1/2" shank — making it the largest option in the range and ideal for producing bold, prominent ovolo and rounding over profiles on substantial timber sections.
Supplied with alternative bearings, this cutter delivers a clean rounding over finish or two sizes of ovolo moulding from a single tool. The smaller bearing produces a 3.2mm quirk for refined decorative detailing. The 1/2" shank ensures a secure, stable fit in larger router tables and freehand routers, reducing vibration and improving cut quality on wide profiles.
