Trend HSS Spiral Up Cut Router Cutter
The Trend HSS Spiral Up Cut Router Cutter is an 8mm diameter spiral cutter bit designed for clean, precise routing in softwoods and non-ferrous metals.
The up-cut spiral geometry lifts material away from the workpiece as it cuts, delivering a fine finish and preventing burning during plunge cuts. The long shank design provides additional reach and stability, making it well suited to deeper profiling work.
This cutter is designed to plunge and machine lateral slots, making it a practical choice for joinery, cabinetmaking, and light metalwork applications. When machining aluminium, a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant should be used throughout the cut. Material must be securely clamped at all times.
