Trend CRAFTPRO Single Flute Router Cutter
This Trend CRAFTPRO Single Flute Router Cutter features a 3.2mm (1/8") cutting diameter with an 11.1mm (7/16") cut length, making it well suited to fine routing work, engraving, and detail cutting in softer timbers, MDF, and plastics. The compact diameter is particularly useful for intricate CNC work where precision and manoeuvrability are essential.
Constructed from Tungsten Carbide, this cutter offers excellent wear resistance and durability in demanding applications. The single flute design promotes fast chip evacuation, helping to maintain cutting speed and reduce heat build-up during longer runs. As with all single flute cutters, it is best chosen when speed and clearance take priority over surface finish quality.
Remember: depth of cut should not exceed the cutter diameter for safe and effective use.
