This Trend CRAFTPRO Raised Panel Ogee Router Cutter features a 50mm cutting diameter with a 1/2" shank, making it the largest option in this range and ideally suited to router tables fitted with a 1/2" collet where greater material removal and a broader profile sweep are required.

Designed for producing the raised panel sections of traditional cabinet panelled doors, this cutter matches Trend's range of profile scribers to ensure a seamless, professional result. Suitable for both natural timber and MDF, it must be used in a stationary variable speed router — either mounted overhead or inverted in a router table — at a reduced speed. Take several passes, increasing depth incrementally for the cleanest finish. A copy pin can be used to work curved panels.
