The Trend CRAFTPRO Bearing Guided Overlap Trimmer Router Cutter is a specialist roughing cutter designed to leave a precise 3mm overhang of material for subsequent finishing with a secondary trim pass.

This two-stage trimming approach is widely used by joiners, kitchen fitters, and worktop installers working with laminates and edge banding. By removing the bulk of the waste material first, the overlap method reduces stress on the finishing cutter and helps achieve a cleaner, more accurate final edge.

Fitted with a guide bearing and a 90° cutting angle, this cutter runs on a 1/4" shank and is compatible with standard 1/4" routers and laminate trimmers. The 12.7mm cutting diameter and 25.4mm cut length make it well suited to trimming laminates and veneered boards up to 1" in depth.
