The Trend CRAFTPRO Aluminium and Plastic Cutting Saw Blade in 260mm diameter, 96-tooth configuration with a 30mm bore is a high tooth-count blade engineered for professional-quality cuts in plastics and non-ferrous alloys on larger mitre and table saws.

With a 2.8mm kerf and 2.2mm plate thickness, this variant offers a robust cutting geometry suited to demanding aluminium and UPVC applications. TCP (Triple Chip Profile) tungsten carbide tips are silver brazed and precision ground to deliver consistently clean, burr-free results.

The high-grade alloy steel plate is hardened, tempered, and precision ground to maintain flatness and accuracy. Reamed bore ensures a precise spindle fit. Laser etched to EN847-1/2. Supplied with a 30–25mm bushing washer for compatibility with a wider range of saws. Use Trendiwax lubricant when cutting alloys.
