A 2.8mm kerf and 1.9mm plate thickness, combined with a negative 6-degree hook angle, ensure clean, controlled cuts with minimal burring. TCP (Triple Chip Profile) tungsten carbide tips are silver brazed to the precision ground body for reliable edge retention and durability.

The alloy steel plate is hardened, tempered, and precision ground to stay flat and true throughout its service life. A reamed bore ensures a precise fit to the spindle. Laser etched to EN847-1/2 European standard. Use Trendiwax cutting lubricant when cutting alloys and always clamp material securely.
