Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler Router Cutter
The Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler Router Cutter is a precision-engineered cutter designed for profiling and rebating applications, featuring a shank-mounted bearing guide for accurate template following. Suitable for use with a router mounted above or below a table, it delivers consistent, repeatable results across timber, laminate, and wood-based materials.
The shank-mounted bearing provides excellent visibility of the template during hand-held routing, ensuring clean, accurate cuts every time. A 3mm maximum overlap should be left before trimming for best results. These cutters are not suitable for plunge cutting or grooving.
Available in a range of sizes with cutting diameters from 12.7mm to 26mm and cut lengths from 4mm to 50mm, with 1/4" and 1/2" shank options to suit a variety of routers.
