Trend Bearing Guided Intumescent Recess Router Cutter
This variant of the Trend Bearing Guided Intumescent Recess Router Cutter features a 20mm cut length, making it the ideal choice for routing grooves to accommodate 20mm wide intumescent strip. With a 40mm cutter diameter and 1/2" shank, it's well suited to professional fire door installation and refurbishment work.
The bearing guide runs against the workpiece to ensure accurate groove placement, with the 4mm rebate providing the correct depth for standard intumescent strip. Alternative bearings can be used where different strip thicknesses are required.
