Trend Bearing Guided Biscuit Jointer Set

This variant of the Trend Bearing Guided Biscuit Jointer Set features a 1/2" shank diameter, making it the ideal choice for heavier-duty routers fitted with a 1/2" collet. The larger shank offers enhanced stability and reduced vibration during cutting. With a 40mm cutting diameter and 4mm cut length, it delivers precise biscuit slots in timber, man-made fibre, and particle board.

The set includes three bearing sizes to set the correct depth of cut for the three available biscuit sizes. A slightly longer cut than the biscuit length is made to allow lateral play for easy alignment during assembly. PVA glue is used with the biscuits, which expand as moisture is absorbed for a strong, secure bond once clamped and cured. For larger boards, biscuits can be doubled up with two passes.
