The Trend Aquamac 63 Cutter is a specialist weather seal recessing router bit designed to cut the precise slot required for the Schlegel Aquamac 63 and Exitex Aquatex P6 weather strip systems in timber window and door applications.

Engineered to accommodate these popular weather strip profiles, the cutter allows for a particularly tight gap between the sash and frame — a critical requirement for effective weather sealing in quality joinery work. The slot can be positioned either partway down the side of the rebate or at the bottom of the rebate, giving the carpenter flexibility to suit different installation requirements.

This Trend router bit comes supplied with a guide-bearing as standard, which helps reduce setting-up time and ensures accurate, consistent results across repeated cuts. With a 1/2" shank and an overall length of 67mm, it is well suited to professional-grade routers used in window manufacturing and timber joinery.
