This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features an 8mm diameter with a 14mm cut length and 1/4" shank, combining a capable 8mm cutting diameter with a 1/4" shank for compatibility with imperial collet routers and CNC machines. This makes it an ideal option where a metric 8mm collet is not available but an 8mm cut width is required.

The single flute helical upcut geometry ensures a precise shearing cut with efficient swarf removal, delivering clean and accurate results when slotting, grooving, or recessing aluminium and uPVC extrusions. It is well suited to window and door fabrication applications requiring consistent aperture quality.

Manufactured from special grade HSSE for extended tool life on abrasive anodised surfaces. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
