The Trend Alucobond V Groove Router Cutter in 18mm diameter with a 13mm cut length and 1/4" shank is the larger of the two available sizes, offering a wider groove profile suited to thicker composite panels or applications where a broader fold groove is required.

This cutter features a 135-degree included angle with a 2mm flat at the base, creating the geometry needed for a precise 45-degree fold. It routes cleanly through the aluminium cover and into the polyethylene core, allowing the panel to be folded by hand for a neat, professional finish.

The 1/4" shank makes it compatible with smaller hand routers as well as CNC machines, and no cooling is required during use.
