Stanley FatMax Hook and Loop Mesh Sanding Discs 150mm

The Stanley FatMax Hook and Loop Mesh Sanding Discs are 150mm silicon carbide abrasive discs designed for use with random orbit sanders across a wide range of sanding applications.

At 80 grit, these discs offer an effective balance between material removal and surface preparation, making them well suited to smoothing rough timber, preparing surfaces for finishing, and removing imperfections from wood, metal, varnishes, and dry wall. The 150mm diameter provides broad coverage for efficient work on larger surfaces.

The open weave mesh construction is central to the performance of these discs. It allows sanding dust to pass through freely, reducing clogging and keeping the abrasive cutting effectively for longer. This results in less mess on site and a cleaner, more consistent finish.
