Only problem was with the swivle joint "o" ring.Would like spares to be available.
An ideal replacement
The reel is great for our use, a bit cheap and chearful but otherwise ok
Fast delivery. A problem assembling the wall mount part to the reel --- the reel assembly wouldn't allow the wall mount to engage with the holes in the reel without extreme difficulty, but managed in the end. Other than that, works well.
Can’t fault the quality. My only issue is that when you are winding it wobbles left to right making it a bit awkward. I fixed it at 90 degrees to wall with a piece of wood and it is great.
The Winding handle sheered off after only a week
