The Sealey SB973 is a floor-standing sand blasting cabinet designed for professional surface preparation and restoration work. This heavy-duty steel unit combines a spacious 0.22m³ working capacity with a toughened glass viewing screen and integral low voltage illumination, providing safe and effective operation for workshops, garages, and fabrication facilities.

The cabinet features a large side-access door, making it straightforward to load and position bulkier components for blasting. The generous 480mm door width accommodates parts up to 410mm in height, whilst the 570 x 270mm viewing area offers excellent visibility during operation. Built-in heavy gauntlets protect hands whilst allowing precise control during blasting work.

Operating at 90psi with 15cfm air consumption, this floor-standing unit connects to standard workshop compressors via a 1/4"BSP inlet. The Ø60mm dust extraction port allows connection to suitable extraction systems, maintaining cleaner air in the working environment. The cabinet is supplied complete with a sand blasting gun, four ceramic nozzles, and five protective visor covers for extended service life.

This sand blasting cabinet is suitable for use with glass beads, silicone carbide, aluminium oxide, and shot blasting grit, making it ideal for removing rust, paint, and corrosion from metal components.
