Bought this to add a degree of precision to my home drill press work. Arrived well packed and well oiled. It has proper adjustments to take out the slack on the cross slides. It seems to be, as far as I can tell, properly adjusted when delivered. 2mm/rev on the cross slide wheels with graduated scales that you can slide around to zero them to your present position before moving off to your desired offset. Smallest graduation is 0.05mm. Its sturdy and seems to be properly machined & finished. Backlash seems to be around 0.05mm or so, maybe 0.1mm. But provided you always approach your desired position from the same direction to take out backlash this should be very accurate for most shop needs. I'm glad I bought it, now I definitely can't blame the tools any more...
