The Sealey INVMIG200 is a versatile three-in-one inverter welder designed for professional fabricators and workshop applications requiring maximum flexibility. This multi-process unit combines MIG, TIG and MMA welding capabilities in a single fan-cooled inverter package, suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium and their alloys with welding currents from 30-200A.

The inverter design delivers consistent arc performance across all three welding processes, with easy mode switching via clearly marked pictogram controls. For MIG applications, the unit features adjustable wire feed speed control and polarity switching to accommodate both gas-shielded and flux-cored wire operation. MMA welding accommodates a comprehensive range of electrodes including rutile, basic and stainless steel rods from Ø1.6mm to Ø4mm, while TIG welding capability extends versatility for precision work on thin materials and specialist alloys.

Built-in thermal overload protection safeguards the inverter circuitry during demanding fabrication work. The welder comes ready for immediate MIG use with a 3m euro-connection MIG torch featuring BINZEL® MB15 compatibility, 3m 16mm² earth cable with 10-25 quick connectors, gas hose and regulator, plus a selection of contact tips (0.6, 0.8, 0.9 and 1mm) and 0.2kg of 0.8mm flux-cored wire. The 5kg wire capacity spool minimises downtime on larger projects. Optional TIG and MMA torch kits are available separately to unlock full multi-process capability.
