This 115mm diameter, 120 grit flap disc delivers fine finishing results for professional metalwork applications. The 120 grit abrasive is ideal for final surface preparation, achieving smooth finishes prior to painting or coating, and for detailed finishing work where a refined surface texture is essential.

Constructed from aluminium oxide with epoxy-bonded flaps attached to a rigid disc, this flap disc requires no backing pad and is ready to use immediately. The depressed centre design ensures safe, controlled operation whilst providing excellent access to difficult areas and corners. Compatible with both electric and air-powered angle grinders, it's perfect for descaling, derusting, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation tasks.
