Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Imperial

The Q Max 1 1/8" Sheet Metal Hole Punch is designed for cutting larger holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge, making it ideal for electrical conduit work, cable management systems, and fabrication projects requiring apertures just over one inch. This size is particularly useful for applications requiring slightly larger diameter holes than standard sizes.

Manufactured with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers reliable performance whilst resisting rust in workshop environments. Its special design ensures an even load during cutting, producing burr-free holes that need no additional finishing work. To operate, drill a pilot hole large enough to clear the hexagonal screw, thread the die and screw through the sheet metal, then tighten the die nut to cut cleanly and evenly through the material.

This punch is supplied individually boxed without a key. It requires a Type B 5/16" hexagonal wrench, which should be ordered separately.
