The delivery time was excellent & the price good. But the tool came apart the 1st time i used it & i lost a piece of it in the drain. It still works but not as good without the missing piece.
I thought this product would be super useful especially as my hand basin and bath seemed to be very slow at draining water away after washing and bathing. Six feet in length should get a good way down the pipes to shift any blockages (i thought!!) but in reality as soon as the flexi rod got to the u-bend/waste trap, it stopped and was unable to flex enough to go round the u-bend/waste trap....So basically if you have a blockage more than 18" from the plug hole you can;t shift it with this gizmo, and what is the point of it being 6 feet long? I am glad i didn't get the longer 12 foot version ... 10 foot 6" wasted then !! And i see you can get a 25 foot one from a different manufacturer, i wonder if that works?
