The non-stick PTFE coating reduces friction and heat build-up during cutting, while also protecting the blade body from corrosion — extending service life in demanding site conditions. Laser cut vibration slots filled with polyurethane isolate the teeth from vibration, producing smoother, more accurate cuts and reducing operator fatigue during extended use.
