The 12mm (½in) Marples M444 Blue Chip Bevel Edge Chisel is a smaller width tool ideal for detailed joinery work, cutting smaller mortises, and working in confined spaces. This size is particularly useful for fine furniture making, intricate joint work, and tasks requiring precision control with moderate stock removal, such as cleaning out dovetail sockets and trimming small tenons.

The high-impact round blue plastic handle is contoured for maximum control and radiused for a comfortable grip during detailed work.
