Makita UT001G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Mixer
This is the complete kit version of the Makita UT001G 40v Max XGT cordless brushless mixer, supplied with two 5.0Ah batteries and a fast charger, making it the perfect ready-to-work solution for professionals starting or expanding their XGT tool collection. This comprehensive package provides everything needed to tackle demanding mixing applications straight from the box.
The mixer features mechanical 2-speed operation with low speed (0-500 rpm) perfect for mixing high viscous materials such as concrete, and high speed (0-920 rpm) for fast mixing of medium viscous materials like mortar or paint. Soft start technology ensures controlled start-up to minimise spatter, whilst variable speed control via trigger and dial enables precise speed matching. Constant speed control automatically applies additional power under load to deliver consistent performance up to 920 rpm.
The ergonomic double D-handle with soft grip provides excellent control during extended mixing tasks, whilst the anti-restart function and lock-on/lock-off switches enhance operator safety. The included two 5.0Ah XGT batteries deliver extended runtime, whilst the DC40RA fast charger ensures minimal downtime between charges.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
