Kapro 447 Masons Quick Square

The Kapro 447 Masons Quick Square is a specialist masonry square designed to support accurate layout and marking work for both residential and commercial bricklaying applications.

Featuring three masonry-specific scales — a standard masonry rule for conventional spacing, a modular masonry rule for commercial masonry layouts, and an oversized masonry rule for larger spacing requirements — this square keeps the most commonly needed references within reach at all times. Conversion charts are printed on both sides of the square, making it practical for a wide range of on-site calculations.

The anodised aluminium profile offers improved resistance to wear and corrosion compared to standard rulers, making it well suited to the dirt and mud typical of masonry environments. Scribe indicators at ¼in increments allow precise marking, while a pivot point enables rake (angle) layout and a 90° hypotenuse reference simplifies finding plumb quickly.

At 228mm in length, the square is ideally sized for marking CMU blocks and all standard masonry cuts, including use across full 8in masonry blocks. It is equally practical for working at the base of a wall or in confined, hard-to-reach locations.
