The 230mm (9in) ITL Insulated Cable Cutters offer the ideal mid-range size, providing an excellent balance between reach and control for most cable cutting applications. This popular size is suitable for general electrical installation work and maintenance tasks.
Manufactured specifically for cutting aluminium and copper cables only, these cutters feature injection moulded nylon 11 handles that exceed the requirements of IEC 60900, the industry standard for live line working. Meeting Category 'C' requirements, this tool performs reliably at extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C, making it unique in this category.
