Hex Head Self Drilling Screws for Light Section Steel
This 5.5mm x 19mm hex head self drilling screw is a shorter option ideal for fixing thinner roofing sheet profiles directly to light gauge steel, where a longer screw would be unnecessary or risk over-penetration. Despite its compact length, it delivers a strong, secure fixing without the need for pre-drilling.
The hex head with integral washer increases the clamping surface area for a reliable hold, and the coarse thread grips firmly in light section steel. Zinc plating ensures the screw is protected against corrosion, making it suitable for external roofing environments. Supplied in a convenient pack of 500.
