Hex Head Self Drill Screws for Heavy Section Steel EPDM Washers
This 5.5mm x 32mm hex head self-drill screw with EPDM washer is the shortest option in the range, making it ideal for applications where minimal penetration depth is required — such as fixing thin sheet metal or lightweight cladding directly to heavy section steel. The compact 32mm length keeps the fixing neat and precise.
Despite its shorter profile, the self-drilling tip still removes the need for pre-drilling, and the hexagonal head allows quick, controlled driving with a wrench or socket. The EPDM washer forms a reliable watertight seal to prevent moisture ingress and corrosion, particularly useful in outdoor or roofing environments. Exterior plating provides a durable corrosion-resistant finish rated to 500 hours of salt-spray testing. Partially threaded.
