Greenworks GD24LT33 24v Cordless Brushless Grass Trimmer and Edger 330mm
The GD24LT33 is a cordless grass trimmer which is part of the Greenworks 24v lithium ion battery platform and shares battery compatibility with all Greenworks 24v cordless tools. Features include a rotatable head and guide wheel for vertical edging or horizontal grass trimming, a flip down plant protector, adjustable loop handle, automatic line feed, variable speed and a brushless motor.
The energy efficient brushless motor helps to ensure longer runtimes per battery charge, with the added benefit that there are no carbon brushes that will need replacing over the course of the machines lifetime. The aluminium shaft is lightweight but durable and the plant protector helps to prevent accidental damage to nearby trees or plants while trimming the grass.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Greenworks 24v Battery System
The Greenworks 24v Li-ion System is a range of 24v tools where all 24v batteries of all ah ratings fit all tools, allowing you to buy just a few batteries but as many of the range of bare tools that you need without the expense of a new batteries and chargers each time. In some cases there may be tools that take 2 x 24v batteries to power a 48v motor - These are still part of the 24v battery system but with the added benefit of a more powerful motor.
