Greenworks GD24HT61 24v Cordless Brushless Hedge Trimmer 610mm
The Greenworks GD24HT61 is a cordless hedge trimmer with a brushless motor and a 610mm blade which utilises a dual cutting action for fast progress and a neat finish. Lightweight and ergonomic, with a rotating rear handle which enables you to grip the tool comfortably for horizontal or vertical applications, the GD24HT61 is part of the Greenworks 24v system and shares battery compatibility with other Greenworks 24v cordless tools.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. The Greenworks 24v Li-ion System is a range of 24v tools where all 24v batteries of all ah ratings fit all tools, allowing you to buy just a few batteries but as many of the range of bare tools that you need without the expense of a new batteries and chargers each time. In some cases there may be tools that take 2 x 24v batteries to power a 48v motor - These are still part of the 24v battery system but with the added benefit of a more powerful motor.
