Excellent quality. They are used to empty inspection pits after the ashpans from steam locomotives have been cleaned out. This involves lifting the ash from the pit floor to wheelbarrows at the side of the pit, a height of around 4 feet. These shovels are excellent for the job, the long handles reduce the physical effort required.
I haven't used it much yet but the balance seems good and it's well made. Your customer service was also very good when DHL "lost the plot"
