Expert by Facom 1/4" Drive Deep Hexagon Socket Metric
The Expert by Facom 1/4" Drive Deep Hexagon Socket in 5.5mm is a precision-engineered deep socket suited to smaller fasteners found in automotive, electrical, and mechanical applications. The 5.5mm size is particularly useful for smaller hex-head fixings and bolts commonly encountered in engine bays and electronic components.
Constructed from chrome vanadium steel with a high chrome finish, this socket is built to last and resist corrosion under workshop conditions. The 6-point OGV profile ensures torque is transferred to the flat sides of the nut rather than its corners, helping to prevent rounding and extend the life of both the tool and the fastener. At 49.5mm in length, it provides excellent reach into recessed or confined spaces.
Designed for manual use only and compliant with ISO2725-1, DIN3124, ISO1774-1, ISO691, and ISO1711-1 standards.
