value for money and very good quality
Good allround black mastic. Reasonably priced and suitable for a variety of uses.
Had a recent problem with water seeping through a join. In this case, it was our new aluminium guttering where it joined with our neighbours concrete guttering. After a lot of clearing and cleaning, this sealant was applied. That was a month ago. It has solved the problem, not a drop has seeped through since.
