Everbuild Lumberjack Wet Rot Wood Hardener

The Everbuild Lumberjack Wet Rot Wood Hardener is a highly penetrative resin solution designed to consolidate and strengthen decaying timber affected by wet rot.

The product works by soaking deep into the fibres of damaged wood, where the selected resins bind together weakened material and cure to leave a hard, stabilised surface resistant to further moisture penetration. This makes it an ideal preparatory treatment before applying a wood filler to complete the repair.

Once treated, the resin-modified wood provides a solid, stable base for use with a two-part high performance wood filler, allowing joinery to be restored without the cost and disruption of full replacement. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it offers a practical solution for carpenters and general contractors dealing with soft or spongy timber on window frames, door frames, sills, and other affected joinery.

Features and Benefits:
• Deep-penetrating formula consolidates decaying wood fibres from within

• Reduces subsequent water penetration to help prevent further deterioration

• Cost-effective alternative to replacing wet rot-affected joinery
• Compatible with Everbuild 2 Part High Performance Wood Filler
