The Everbuild Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant in Clear, supplied in a 310ml cartridge, is the ultimate choice for applications where an invisible, discreet seal is required or where maintaining the natural appearance of materials is essential. This clear variant is particularly valued for glass-to-glass sealing, glazing work, sealing transparent or translucent materials, and any application where the sealant should remain virtually undetectable whilst still providing superior performance.

This low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant adheres excellently to both porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, conforming to BS5889 standards. The high viscosity formulation ensures exceptional tooling properties and rapid curing to create a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal.
