Everbuild 507 Rendagrip Extra Grip Render Bonding Agent

Everbuild 507 Rendagrip Extra Grip Render Bonding Agent is a polymer-based render bonding agent designed to provide a strong mechanical key on external surfaces prior to rendering.

The product contains a fine aggregate suspended in a waterproof polymer, ensuring even distribution across the substrate surface. This suspension prevents weak spots in the key coat and stops aggregate particles from becoming dislodged during application.

Rendagrip is suitable for use on concrete, brickwork, and blockwork, and can also be used to improve adhesion on smooth surfaces. It works by reducing the porosity and suction of the base substrate, creating a reliable mechanical key for render to bond to.

Application is straightforward — the product can be applied by roller or brush in a single coat, and is suitable for use on damp surfaces. The distinctive red colour acts as a coverage indicator, making it easy to confirm full surface coverage before rendering begins.
