Draper Zirconium Oxide Flap Discs

This 115mm diameter, 40 grit zirconium oxide flap disc is engineered for aggressive stock removal and heavy grinding applications on standard-sized angle grinders. The coarse 40g grit makes this disc the ideal choice when you need to remove substantial amounts of material quickly, such as heavy weld preparation, rust removal or rapid surface profiling.

Compatible with 115mm angle grinders fitted with a 22.23mm bore, this disc delivers enhanced cutting performance through its premium resin-bonded zirconium oxide construction. The self-sharpening feature maintains aggressive cutting action throughout the disc's working life, whilst the strong X-weight polyester-cotton backing provides the flexibility needed for fast cutting under medium to high pressure. The T-29 conical shape with 15–25 degree angled flaps ensures effective contact on both contoured surfaces and flat edges.
