Draper Thoriated Tungsten Electrode for Tig Welders
These professional-grade thoriated tungsten electrodes are specifically engineered for TIG welding applications on ferrous metals. Each electrode features a durable 2% thoriated tungsten construction with a fine grain structure that delivers exceptional performance and reliability.
The advanced annealing process creates a robust fine grain structure that makes these electrodes highly resistant to splitting and weld contamination, ensuring cleaner, more consistent welds. They are specifically designed for use with DC currents, making them ideal for welding a wide range of ferrous metals including steel and stainless steel. Available in sizes of 1.6mm and 2.4mm diameter, both at 150mm length, supplied in convenient packs of 10.
