When it arrived it was faulty. it was replaced promptly with no quibble free of charge - including a post paid return bag. so i will answer an extra question :- customer support * * * * * + it not a thing of beauty, but it does punch holes and does set eyelets quite adequately. But i would not recommend it as a high volume production tool.
Did the job I bought it for but have not used it for enough varied purposes to give an in depth opinion.
I bought it primarily for eyeletting purposes as I already had a multi-hole punch. The pressure required for closing an eyelet seems excessive and would defy a female hand. I now find that hav e to use a pair of pincers as the locking flange to close the pliers is not lined up with the notch unless held in position for it to engage.
