This 8" (200mm) Bastard Cut Hand File offers the versatility of a mid-range length combined with aggressive coarse-cut performance. The 200mm size strikes an excellent balance between manoeuvrability and reach, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of metalworking applications from general fabrication to maintenance work.

The bastard cut grade provides rapid stock removal capabilities, ideal for initial shaping, heavy material removal from castings, and preparing surfaces for finer finishing.
