This 400 grit variant represents the finest option in the range, designed for achieving mirror-smooth finishes and final polishing stages. The 400g rating on these 150mm discs makes them ideal for ultra-fine finishing work where surface perfection is essential, particularly before applying clear coatings or for final smoothing of delicate materials.

Constructed with aluminium oxide abrasive and calcium stearate treatment, resin bonded for self-sharpening and anti-clogging characteristics, these discs maintain their effectiveness throughout their working life. The heavy-duty D-Weight backing paper ensures these fine-grit discs remain durable despite their delicate cutting action, whilst the hook and loop backing system provides secure adhesion and enables efficient disc changes. Six pre-punched 8mm holes maximise dust extraction efficiency, keeping the work surface clear for optimal results.

Each pack contains 10 discs, providing excellent value for precision finishing applications. Compatible with all 150mm random orbit sanders with hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock Numbers 65084, 83942 and 84125.
