The lawn mower cut the grass ok but would have liked it a tad shorter than 20mm

The mower itself is fine, but the grass collection box is useless - I had my doubts about it when putting it together, but when I used the mower I picked up the grass box from the mower (less than full of grass), the handle departed company from the box, the box hit the floor, the 2 halves of the box separated, and grass cuttings went all over the grass. This grass box is a total waste of time - I've complained to Bosch. With a decent grass box my scores would be higher, but the grass box lets the whole package down. Very poor quality.

It is a Bosch product so expect quality and it is good at cutting grass. It is though very plastic and it doesn't collect all the grass in the box. To be fair a small amount leaks out but expect a little better from Bosch..
