Bosch PRO Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc is a 115mm diameter disc with a 40g (coarse) grit, making it ideal for aggressive stock removal and heavy grinding tasks on metal surfaces, including hardened steel.
The coarse 40g grit excels at rapid material removal, weld dressing, and surface preparation where speed is the priority. Paired with the 115mm size, it suits compact angle grinders commonly used in tight spaces and on smaller workpieces.
The advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia delivers up to 1.5x faster grinding than the Bosch X431, while the X-cloth backing keeps the disc stable throughout use for consistent, controlled results.
